SALES ANALYSIS WIDE REPORTS

 

The standard Sales Analysis reports are 132 characters wide. The totals on sales analysis reports are limited to 7 characters. If larger numbers are needed and if a printer that prints more than 132 characters is available, wide reports may be activated. The column headings and report content are identical, but sales totals may be up to nine characters.

 

Using DT 61 "Module Menu File Maintenance" in "Developer's Tool Kit" menu - select "SEARCH" 

& then "Primary key". Copy each of the following records (SO THAT NEW RECORDS ARE CREATED WITH A PRIMARY KEYS OVER 100,000) and alter the "Program Name" field, along with the "Menu Var A" field as shown below.

After completing the set up for the Wide reports, deactivate the following records in DT-61 (Search-Primary Key option) by changing the "ACTIVE SWITCH" field to "N":
