Optional components are set up in categories in one product structure. This method eliminates the need to set up many structures, with predefined combinations of options.
	Alternative raw materials may be substituted, based on cost and availability.
	Complete control of option selection in Order Entry or Production Control.
	Options selected will print on Sales Orders, Packing List, Picking Lists etc.

Windows 

Options are selected in Order Entry or Production Control from windows containing a list of interchangeable or optional components. These options appear in the order as defined in the product structure.

After all options are selected, a window defines options selected.

Significant Item Number (Cataloging)

Options are assigned codes and positions in the product structure. Each position represents an option group, and each code represents an option within a group.

Production Control or Order Entry operators enter a string of codes for selected options.
